GRAPE VARIETY: Aligoté
ORIENTATION: South, foot of the hills of VOLNAY, marly soil with quite deep alluvial deposits. Heavy earth that has difficulties to absorb the excess of humidity.
CHARACTERISTICS: This wine comes from a vine planted in 1988. It is fresh and mineral and can be drunk young as an aperitif with shellfish or fresh goats cheese.
AGEING: To be drunk young but can be kept for 2 or 3 years.
