ORIENTATION: Foot of the hills of the villages of VOLNAY, POMMARD, MEURSAULT, blend of parcels that are all bordering the parcels of appellations villages and separated from them by paths, in that way, the grounds are properly drained.

Limestone-clay soil, mainly exposed south-south-east.

 

CHARACTERISTICS: Our BOURGOGNE is made from a blend of various parcels planted 20 to 60 years ago and that brings elegance, fineness and suppleness to it so that it can be drunk from its first year after bottling.

Generous in aromas, long and full bodied with notes of small red fruits, this wine will perfectly accompany any dish at any season.

Fresh and pleasant, this wine will surprise you by the way it can be adapted to any meal and your friends will surely enjoy it even with a country-style meal

 

AGEING: The first five years after bottling are the best years in which to drink it, however it can be kept for about 10 years but will lose the fresh and fruity fragrances in favour of undergrowth and candied fruit aromas.
